If you want to purchase new or used building supplies to fix a flip or a rental, check out Habitat for Humanity's ReStore.

ReStore stocks new building materials that they don't use on their own builds. They sell new supplies for half the retail price.

Some of the new building materials include spa bathtubs, toilets, sinks, windows, doors, and hardware.

ReStore also offers used building materials donated by rehabbers and home remodelers. Usually the prices for used goods is 1/4 of the normal retail price. However, some ReStores will haggle price if they have an overstock.

Not all ReStores negotiate prices, but they frequently have sale days. You can get on their mailing list and receive notice of sale dates.

These pictures were taken at the Corona, California location. Find a ReStore near you.

Jeanette Fisher's family is sponsoring Habitat for Humanity in a special episode of Flip That House for TLC's TV show.
